These Terms govern your use of the campaign website for Senator Louis Omondi Ochieng ("Atonga"). By using this site you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory or harmful content through our forms or document uploads.

Submissions

Information submitted through the Join Us, Volunteer, Contact and Document upload forms is treated in good faith. We reserve the right to review, edit or remove uploaded documents before they appear publicly.

Donations

Donations are made via M-Pesa Paybill directly to the campaign. The campaign is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect numbers. Any amount is welcomed and is used to support endorsed aspirants and movement activities.

Intellectual property

All branding, content and materials on this site belong to the campaign or are used with permission. You may share content for non-commercial campaign promotion with attribution.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campaign is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
